Hunter's Coaches - About Us
The Family business of William Hunter, was started over 120 years ago in Loanhead, near Edinburgh , using horse-drawn carriages, hauling coal between the various mining villages of Midlothian .
Weekends were more glamorous, providing horses and traps for weddings and various outings.
The 1920s saw our first motor vehicles and charabancs.
By the 1950s we were concentrating solely on passenger transport.
Today we operate a medium-sized fleet of the most modern coaches available. regularly seen in all corners of the UK and Europe .
In over one hundred and thirty years of business, one thing however has never changed, our excellent, reliable service, and personal attention.
